Use of the Service and any reliance on any such content is at your own risk.
Impersonation Policy
Impersonation of another individual or entity, falsely representing your identity or qualifications, or engaging in fraudulent activities on Crewbooks is strictly prohibited. If it is discovered that a user has assumed the identity of another, we reserve the right to immediately suspend or terminate the user's account, at our sole discretion.
Amendments to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
Refunds and Cancellation Policy
Monthly Subscriptions
Users with monthly subscription plans are billed in advance on a monthly basis. Cancellations are processed at the end of the current billing cycle, and no refunds are issued for partial months.
Annual Subscriptions
Users with annual subscription plans are billed for the full year in advance. Cancellations are processed at the end of the current yearly billing cycle. No refunds are issued for any remaining portion of the billing cycle once a subscription is canceled.
By using our Service, you agree to these refund and cancellation policies. Changes to your subscription status must be made through your account settings or by contacting customer support.
